How do I request a service?
Log in to your member dashboard and navigate to "Request Service." Fill out the service details and our team will get back to you promptly.
Can I cancel my membership?
Yes, you can cancel anytime through your dashboard or by contacting support. You'll retain access until the end of your billing period.
How quickly can I get service?
Active members get priority scheduling. Contact us and we'll get you on the calendar as soon as possible.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure payment processor, Stripe.
