Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account and using RV Service Club ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Membership

• Memberships are available as monthly or yearly subscriptions.
• Membership benefits include priority scheduling, member discounts, and access to mobile RV repair services in the Tampa Bay area.
• Membership is personal and non-transferable.
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

3. Billing and Payments

• Membership fees are charged at the beginning of each billing period.
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice to existing members.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support for refund requests.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your membership at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting support. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to member benefits until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds will be issued for unused time.

5. Services

• RV Service Club provides mobile RV repair and maintenance services in the Tampa Bay area.
• Service availability depends on technician schedules and geographic coverage.
• Service costs are separate from membership fees. Members receive discounted rates.
• Members receive priority scheduling for service requests, subject to availability.
• We reserve the right to decline service requests that fall outside our capabilities.

6. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Providing accurate and current account information.
• All activity that occurs under your account.
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

7. Limitation of Liability

RV Service Club provides services on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid in membership fees during the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse our services or staff. Terminated accounts are moved to trash and permanently deleted after 30 days.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through a notice on our website. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hillsborough County, Florida.
